The Leadership Team of Aeolus Systems is made up of experienced professionals from the Commercial as well as the Military domains. They include current and former CEOs/ Presidents who founded multiple companies in the past and successfully grew them to multi-million dollars in revenue. Their experience covers systems engineering leadership, business development, program management, general management, business startup, and technical information services.

The Aeolus Team is quite familiar with the Federal Government procedures and policies for acquisition and execution. They have extensive experience in technical management, R&D and product development in both government and commercial industry. Their talents have been cultivated from academia to core experience with defense contractors and commercial companies such as Honeywell, Dynacs, Alacron, Nielsen Media, Amdahl, Jabil Circuit, iSphere, Raytheon, Tech Data and Bankers Systems Ltd to name a few.  Just as Aeolus, our name sake, took advantage of different kinds of winds Odysseus gave him to help his men travel the rough seas, we at Aeolus systems bring together different leadership and technical skills, industry best practices, and unique expertise and experience to provide the best solutions for our customers.
