Joseph Philipose, CEO
Mr. Philipose, founder of Aeolus Systems with over 30 years experience in the Defense and Commercial industries, has extensive technical and management experience in Systems and Software. These include applications in real-time embedded systems, high performance/ distributed computing, surveillance, and integrated commercial/ military manufacturing. Having successfully co-founded another company in the past, he has proven leadership skills and is well positioned to grow Aeolus Systems. Prior to Aeolus, Mr. Philipose was a former Business Area Manager and Senior Program Manager at Honeywell overseeing DOD, DARPA and NASA programs.
Ramen Singh, President
Dr. Singh is the former CEO of Dynacs Inc. He co-founded Dynacs, and successfully grew the company as an SDB/8(a) company winning numerous Federal Government and Prime Contractor awards. He has a well established and published technical record and expertise in the fields of Dynamics, GN&C, Structures and Fluids.
Ben Simmons, Defense Embedded Applications
Mr. Simmons is a former vice president and general manager of Honeywell Surface for Defense & Space Electronic Systems at Clearwater, Florida. He was also vice president of Honeywell Technology Center at Minneapolis, Minnesota. Ben has more than 35 years of experience at Honeywell and has held a number of different technical and managerial positions in Honeywell. During his tenure at Honeywell, his vision and organizational skills have contributed to the successful and continued growth of multiple Honeywell business units.
Joseph Sgro, DSP Applications
Mr. Sgro is currently the CEO of two companies, Alacron and FastVision Inc. He has over 30 years experience in the Commercial industry with specialization in Digital Signal Processing Systems and High Speed Cameras for applications in inspection, CAT reconstruction, machine OCR, Ultrasound, and real-time imaging.
Santosh Alexander, IT Solutions
Mr. Alexander is the former CEO and founder of iSpheres and the former CEO and founder of 2 other companies. He helped iSpheres become the market leader and pioneer in enabling Sense & Respond IT solutions based on an event-driven architecture. He has over 20 years experience in multiple industries including banking, telecommunications, networking and defense. He is also an advisor and consultant to venture capital firms who invest in new and current technologies.
